Our bespoke training allows us to deliver training to your specification. To achieve this we have a number of variations which include “off the shelf”, customised and bespoke.

Off the shelf

This opportunity allows you to select one of our standard courses and decide where and when it is delivered. This may be done in your place of business or in one of our training rooms.

Customised

This opportunity allows you to select one of our standard courses and have it customised to the specific requirements of your business.  This can be done by incorporating your business material from in-house training, forms and templates.

Such tailoring will allow employees to feel more involved and appreciate the relevance of the training.  As a result, your company will see results in attendance, participation and motivation.

Bespoke

This opportunity places you in complete control of the training. Your training will only be prepared after a detailed training needs analysis is completed. 

This then allows you, in consultation we us, to determine what the training will be and how it will be delivered and evaluated.
