Video and Film

Video and Film courses currently on offer.  (Live information and online enrolment where available)

If you have a passion to make your own films and want to develop a career in the film industry, then WAES can help you get there.

All video course tutors are industry professional whose valuable experience and knowledge of current industry practices blends perfectly with our practical and skills-based courses. In 2011, WAES video students shot and edited a charity Battle of the Bands video that helped to raise £17,000.

One of students is currently working on a Bollywood production, with A list stars, in India; another two are promoting their first feature film; and another is about to work as a camerawoman at the Olympics.

Our creative media production BTEC level 2 course acts as the perfect springboard to university; last year, six students went on to study at BA and MA level. Another students's short film was selected for the Cannes Film Festival.

Entry Requirements: A few courses require advice before you can enrol.
