How to choose your level


Beginners Stage 1

This course is for complete beginners and introduces you to the basic aspects of the language. At the end of this course you will be able to take part in simple conversations.
 
Beginners Stage 2
 
This course is for those who have completed stage 1, or for those who have studied the language before (more or less 20 hours). At the end of this course you will be able to take part in simple conversations.
 
Beginners Stage 3
 
This course is for those who have completed stage 2, or for those who have studied the language before (more or less 40 hours). At the end of this course you will be able to take part in simple conversations.
 
Lower Intermediate All Stages
 
This course is for those who have studied the language for one year, or for those who have studied it to a higher level in the past and need to brush up on it again. At the end of this course you will be able to take part in more complex conversations. It is possible to join at stage 2 or 3 without having completed the previous stage/stages as long as you have the necessary knowledge (each stage corresponds to 20 hours teaching). Please call for advice if you are not sure about your level.


Upper Intermediate All Stages
 
This course is for those who have studied the language for two years, or for those who have studied it to a higher level in the past and need to brush up on it again. At the end of this course you will be able to take part in more complex conversations. It is possible to join at stage 2 or 3 without having completed the previous stage/stages as long as you have the necessary knowledge (each stage corresponds to 20 hours teaching). Please call for advice if you are not sure about your level.
 
Advanced/Conversation
This course is for those who have studied the language for three years, or for those who have studied it to a higher level in the past and need to brush up on it again. At the end of this course you will be able to take part in more complex conversations. It is possible to join at stage 2 or 3 without having completed the previous stage/stages as long as you have the necessary knowledge (each stage corresponds to 20 hours teaching). Please call for advice if you are not sure about your level.
