Whatever your reason WAES has the course to suit you. At WAES the fitness, yoga and dance department aim to provide a wide range of high quality courses to meet the training needs and interests of those who wish to work in the fitness industry or follow fitness, yoga and dance activities.
Why not enrol on our training courses that will enhance your career opportunities as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer. Our fitness instructor courses are all recognised by The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).
You can try a range of fitness classes from Pilates, Body Bar and Light Weights through to Body Attack and Abs. Our summer intensive programme has also been designed to allow you to choose from three fitness activities per week for a complete fitness regime. If dance is your passion, then why not try our exciting new dance workout sessions like Disco Fever and Musical Dance (Broadway and West End Shows) to Flamenco and Soca.
