Course Fees
Fees are found against each of the courses listed on this website
Our courses are priced according to the way they are funded by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and are divided into a number of different types.
Calculating fees can be complex and can depend on individual circumstances.

Admin Fee
Learners pay a one off £20 administration fee regardless of number of enrolments in academic year. Learners continuing a course that started in the 2007/2008 academic year but runs through 2008/2009 do not pay the fee. Learners do not need to re enrol – this will be dealt with in the first class in September.
Reduction on Fees
Learners in receipt of income related benefits are not charged for tuition but must pay for exams and materials (assistance may be available, please ask). Proof of any benefits is required.
Anyone who pays for the whole course (i.e for two or more terms) before commencement of the first class will receive a 5% reduction.
The older learner discount is to remain the same this year for non-further education courses (mainly those for leisure or personal development) at 80% of the published fee plus the administration fee and exam and material fees if appropriate. Older learners are those defined as 60 or older at the time the course begins. Fees will be reviewed each year and this discount may not apply in future years.
Residents of the City of Westminster are entitled to a discount on some courses (mainly those without formal qualifications). Please ask at enrolment if this applies to you. Proof of residence will be required.
There are no discounts for courses in Band D, E and I.
Level Two Concessions
If you are 19+ and do not have a full level 2 qualification then you may be eligible for free tuition fees but you will need to pay Examination and/or material fees if required.

Level Three Concessions
If you are aged between 19 and 24 and do not have a full level 3 qualification then you may be eligible for free tuition fees but you will need to pay Examination and/or material fees if required.

Instalments
For courses with higher fees, learners may pay in instalments. Please ask the admission team about paying in instalments when you enrol.
International Students
International students pay a higher fee because government funding does not cover the cost of your learning. Courses cost £10 per hour for international students. You will be classified as an overseas/international student if you have not been ordinarily resident in the UK or European Union for three years preceding the start of your course or if you have any restrictions on your stay. A visa does not constitute ordinary residence. If you are unsure of your status, please check with our enrolment staff on 020 7297 7297.
