Course fees

Fees are found against each of the courses listed on this website

Admin Fee

Learners pay a one off £25 administration fee regardless of number of enrolments in academic year. Learners continuing a course that started in the previous academic year but running through the current year do not pay the fee. These learners do not need to re-enrol, this will be dealt with in the first class in September.

Reduction on Fees

Learners in receipt of Active Benefits are not charged for tuition but must pay for exams and materials (assistance may be available, please ask). Proof of any benefits is required. Active benefits are Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) and Employment Support Allowance (EA ( WRAG)).

Learners who are aged 19 and over and do not have a full level 2 qualification may be eligible for free tuition on some courses please check with our enrolment staff. You will need to pay exaamination and /or material fees if required.

Learners who are aged between 19 and 24 and do not have a full level 3 qualification may be eligible for free tuition on some courses please check with our enrolment staff. You will need to pay examination and / or material fees if required.

There is an older learner discount for non-further education courses (mainly those for leisure or personal development) at 50% of the published fee plus the administration fee and exam and material fees if appropriate.   Older learners are those defined as 60 or older at the time the course begins. Fees will be reviewed each year and this discount may not apply in future years.

Residents of the City of Westminster are entitled to a discount on some courses (mainly those without formal qualifications). Please ask at enrolment if this applies to you. Proof of residence will be required.

Discounts cannot be combined, highest discount applies.

Instalments

You may be able to pay be instalments on courses which run over two or more terms. Please ask the admission team about paying in instalments when you enrol.

International Students

International students pay a higher fee because government funding does not cover the cost of your learning.  You will be classified as an overseas/international student if you have not been ordinarily resident in the UK or European Union for three years preceding the start of your course or if you have any restrictions on your stay. A visa does not constitute ordinary residence.  If you are unsure of your status and for details of course fees, please check with our enrolment staff on 020 7297 7297.
