What we do
We provide impartial advice and information to students on a variety of issues.

We may also be able to support you with funds to help you with your study for example to purchase books or travel fares to college. Please ask for further information at the beginning of your study.
If we are unable to help you we will assist you in accessing suitable support services.
We offer one hour confidential appointment at the Ebury centre, However If you have a disability or find it difficult to travel to that centre we can arrange to meet with you at a more convenient site for you.

We are available
Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 4.30pm for appointments
Fridays 9.30am – 12.30pm for drop-ins
What you can expect from us
We aim to see you within a 7 days period. However due to the demand for this service in some cases this could take a little longer.
We will treat you with respect and courtesy and expect the same in return.
You will be consulted on all issues whilst receiving support from the advisor.
We will provide you with translation assistance as is necessary for you and the service.
Confidentiality
Any personal information oral or written that is disclosed, or notes taken, will be kept confidential at all times. Please ask for further information or a copy of our confidentially policy at your appointment should you require it.
