The Learning Centres
The Learning Centres are modern libraries and IT facilities located at the Amberley and Ebury centres. They are set up to support WAES students in their studies and have made a real difference to many of our users. The Learning Centres are FREE to any one who is currently studying at WAES, on production of your WAES receipt.
The learning centres offer:
- A friendly atmosphere ideal for studying
- A wide range of reference materials related to all course areas
- 19 PCs all with free internet and email access, plus three Apple Macs
- Audio, visual and interactive English language materials
- Inexpensive scanning, printing and photocopying facilities
- A range of computer hardware and software to assist learners with special needs
Help is at hand
Our Learning Resource Assistants are on hand to help you get the most from the Centre. So if you have never used a computer before, can't find the book you are looking for, or are struggling with your coursework, just ask one of our friendly team.
