How to Apply or Enrol Online

Beginning your study at WAES is easy. We advise that you visit a WAES Centre and enrol early to secure your place on a course.

Step 1:

Choose a course.

View course details, including dates and times, at waes.ac.uk/courses

Step 2:

At the top of the course page, there are three tabs. In order to apply for the course, you need to click on the Availability & Booking tab.

On this tab, you will see the start dates and times for the course. Select the one that works best for you and click the 'Apply' button. You will then be taken to our online application system.

On the online application system, you will need to create a registration by clicking on 'Create an Account'. This system will take you through a series of steps so that you can complete your Application and book an Interview.

If you are a new learner at WAES, you will need your passport as proof of identity and the certificates of your highest level qualifications. If you are eligible for course funding, you should also have proof of benefits dated within the last 3 months or proof of low income.

You can also access the enrolment portal by clicking on waesportal.waes.ac.uk and logging in. There is a facility to search for the course you would like to enrol on and you can start an application or come back to an application you have already started by logging in to the portal.

Please see the WAES Admissions Policy 2022-23.
