About this course
The course is for non-native speakers of English who want to develop their language skills in order to become more confident users of spoken English in both formal and informal situations.
You will work on and improve the sounds of English through useful, practical and interesting everyday topics. It will also help you develop your vocabulary.
You will improve your speaking skills and the pronunciation you need to become more confident and fluent in conversational English. Alongside learning basic pronunciation rules and practising these in class, you will improve your confidence in general conversation topics.
The course may also be useful for your professional development, improving your English communication, interview, discussion and presentation skills for everyday life, study and work.
The minimum requirement to join the course is Entry Level 3 (Intermediate). Students already studying on International English courses or ESOL courses at WAES can also join this course.
