What is the course about?
ADOBE CC IS - the DIGITAL INDUSTRY'S very powerful set of CREATIVE TOOLS. This course is an overview of the CREATIVE CLOUD. Have you ever wondered what all those Adobe software products do? You might be thinking about taking a course and need some advice about what to study. This presentation will introduce you to the main Adobe products in the Creative Cloud and show you what they are actually used for. You can then make an informed choice about which software programs you might need or want to study or work with in the future. We can help you choose from our range of software or graphic Design courses.
Is a pre-enrolment interview or assessment required for this course?
What level is the course and do I require particular skills, experience or prior qualifications?
No experience required but to benefit you will probably be a confident computer user and interested in creative software.
What topics does the course cover?
A whislestop tour of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Dreamweaver, Muse and Flash, Premiere, Lightroom and After Effects and some of the other software products. Please note you will not be able to actually use all of this software on the day - but you will be able to try out one or two.
How will I be taught and assessed?
You will get an introduction to how the following software is used: Mainly the big FOUR: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Dreamweaver. We'll also discuss Bridge, Muse and Flash, Premiere, Lightroom and After Effects.
Are there any other costs or equipment I need to get?
You might want to bring along a USB stick to collect any work you make today.

Decide which software courses are relevant or interesting for you to study further.
What are the progression opportunities following this course?
Join any of the Introductory courses or take a qualification course such as the Graphic Design Level 1 course which introduces you to Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign as well as graphic design techniques.
