What is the course about?

Here is an opportunity to learn how to make sponges for afternoon tea or for special occasions. In this session you will prepare a show stopping Victoria Sandwich and four flavoured cupcakes. You will learn how to flavour a sponge mix and flavour the butter cream icing that will be used to decorate them accordingly. You will practice piping and garnishing all your cakes. The four flavours that will be used are chocolate, coffee, lemon and vanilla. There is nothing nicer than a selection of homemade cakes for a birthday party or an afternoon with friends.
