What is the course about?
Take your web design to the next level using more advanced techniques through software Dreamweaver.You will focus on intermediate techniques using html and CSS code and software such as Adobe Dreamweaver. Create interactive animated banners to add dynamism to your web sites.

What level is the course and do I require particular skills, experience or prior qualifications?
Level 2.This is not a beginners class.You must be competent using a computer. You should have completed a Level 1 Award in Interactive Media or have equivalent experience (basic html and beginners Dreamweaver). You should be able to use Photoshop to optimise and save for web.
What topics does the course cover?
The course will concentrate on creating CSS web sites to prepare styles including fluid layout, colour and fonts. You will learn about the context of the web, web standards and develop work which is accessible. And you will develop your ideas and produce personal creative web design.
How will I be taught and assessed?
You will be taught through lectures, demonstration and practical exercises.
Are there any other costs or equipment I need to get?
Ideally, you should have access to a computer and Dreamweaver & Flash. You will need a portable hard drive or USB stick. Notebook and pen.
By the end of the course what should I be able to do?
You can develop your own creative ideas and produce personal websites which reflect your ideas and follow web standards.
