What is the course about?
This course is specifically for learners who have made work on the wheel intensive courses and wish to complete their work by glazing
Learners must have a range of bisque fired work to glaze.
The course is for learners of all abilities and no prior experience is needed.
The course will cover basic dipping and pouring of glazes and some on-glaze techniques
Course will be taught through group demonstrations and 121s with each learner
Learners will need a range of bisque fired work (made in one of our 4 Day Wheel Throwing Intensive classes. No other cost or fee is involved.
You will know the basics of how to dip and pour glazes using techniques used by experienced and professional ceramicists.
Learners can progress to any of our courses (short or accredited) or return to try some more advanced glazing treatments in future glazing workshops.
