How do I enrol on a course?
You can complete your application for courses online. Instructions are available here. If you are struggling with that, please contact us by email email@example.com or phone on 020 7297 7297. If you are not able to do this, you can visit our centres to get help with your enrolment (see operating hours below).

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) – How do I join an ESOL course?
Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 020 7297 7297 and give us the following information:
- Contact Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- Student Number (if available)
- Previous ESOL learning (if available)
We will contact you to arrange an assessment and enrolment.
How do I join a maths or English Functional Skills course?
Functional Skills Maths & English – Please visit our course pages to select your course and then complete your application online. Instructions are available here.

How do I let my tutor know that I can't attend my class today?
Please let us know that you are not going to attend today by completing the 'I cannot attend class' form or call us on 020 7297 7297.
How do I take my exams?
Your teachers and course leaders will let you know when your exams will take place and what you will need.
How do I access remote learning and course materials?
Your tutor will get in touch to help you with learning materials.

I don't have the right equipment to study online or my equipment isn't working correctly. What can I do?
Please call us on 020 7297 7297 and we will send your details to our IT Support Team. They will get in touch to help you.
How do I cancel my course?
If you have already started your course, you will need to inform your course tutor. If it is before the start of the course, please contact the information line on 020 7297 7297or email email@example.com.
Can we get in touch with you?
If you are a WAES learner and we have not been in touch with you, it is possible that we do not have updated contact information for you. Please call 020 7297 7297 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can stay in contact.
If you are having any difficulty with your studies, please contact your tutor and they will help to find solutions so that you can continue learning.
