Are classes still taking place?
We have now moved to remote learning. Most of our classes will take place online and we will help those learners who have difficulty accessing online learning.
Exams will take place as scheduled. This information may change as government guidance changes, in which case we will contact the affected learners with updates.
We have lots of help and support available, so please contact us if you are struggling with access to learning or finding it difficult to enrol.
If you do need to come to one of our centres for an exam or to pick up anything, rest assured that our centres have been made Covid-secure and we will continue to strictly adhere to our current cleaning routines and ensure that the buildings are not over-full.
If anything changes where classes have already been scheduled, we will send information to learners directly. Please make sure we have your correct contact details by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Is WAES open for enrolments?
Our centres are now closed, but you can do your application online. Instructions are available here. If you are struggling with that, please contact us by phone on 020 7297 7297 or email email@example.com.

Are the nurseries open?
Our nurseries will be open to assist key workers. Please contact us for information.
Are classes running at the centres?
We are now learning remotely.
Most of our classes will be online and we will help you get started if you have any difficulties.
How do I access remote learning and course materials?
Your tutor will get in touch to help you with learning materials.

English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) – How do I join an ESOL course?
Please email us on email@example.com or phone us on 020 7297 7297 (our phone lines will be open from 4 January 2021) and give us the following information:
- Contact Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- Student Number (if available)
- Previous ESOL learning (if available)

How do I join a maths or English Functional Skills course?
Functional Skills Maths & English – Please visit our course pages to select your course and then complete your application online. Instructions are available here.

How do I let my tutor know that I can't attend my class today?
Please let us know that you are not going to attend today by completing the 'I cannot attend class' form or call us on 020 7297 7297.
How do I take my exams?
Your teachers and course leaders will let you know when your exams will take place and what you will need.
I don't have the right equipment to study online or my equipment isn't working correctly. What can I do?
Please call us on 020 7297 7297 and we will send your details to our IT Support Team. They will get in touch to help you.
How do I cancel my course?
If you have already started your course, you will need to inform your course tutor. If it is before the start of the course, please contact the information line on 020 7297 7297or email email@example.com.
How do I apply for a refund?
Please contact 020 7297 7297 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so that our advisers can record your refund information and process it for you.
