WAES Progression Period is 26 February - 9 March 2018
During this time there will be a focus on giving advice on moving forward with your study and your career.
We will be holding in-classroom sessions delivered by The National Careers Service on CV and portfolio building, career and study progression including UACS and options for self-employment.
We will also hold open sessions throughout the week including:
Building your professional profile including LinkedIn
This will give you an all-important overview of how to setup and manage a LinkedIn account and online professional presence.

The value of volunteering – drop-in session
This session will cover everything you need to know more about how to get involved in volunteering and how this can help you progress into employment.

th covering everything from how to apply to what to expect from an apprenticeship.

Individual appointments with a careers advisor from the National Careers Service

th, Nishal from the National Careers Service will be taking individual appointments with students to go over any questions on how to progress your studies or career.

Level 3 courses and funding overview
This session is aimed at graduating level 2 learners wanting to progress onto a level three course. The session will cover all the information you need including courses and funding.
