Summer intensive cookery courses

Advance your cooking skills for home, for work or just for pleasure this summer! Make that dinner occasion all the more impressive with our 2-week summer course starting 12th August.

We’ve brought together the highlights of our most popular term-time courses to create a summer intensive programme where you can learn everything you need to put on a dining treat for your friends, family or even for customers in your restaurant!

  • Study for one or two weeks of the course
  • Brand new multi-kitchen learning environment for 2013
  • Courses taught by experienced trained chefs
  • All ingredients included

Highlights of the summer intensive course include bread-making, advanced knife skills, cake decoration, pastry skills and French cuisine.

Kitchen equipment and cooking ingredients are included, so all you need to bring is an apron, a tea towel, a food container and your passion for food!

Study one or two weeks of the course, taught Monday-Friday during the daytime, in our brand new multi-kitchen environment at our Lisson Grove Centre.
