Learners Showcase artwork at the UAL Origins Creatives Exhibition

The Origins Creatives Exhibition, hosted by the University of the Arts London (UAL), held at the Truman Brewery in Shoreditch opened its doors to the public, on 20th July to 23rd July unveiling an impressive array of artwork crafted by a select group of exceptionally talented learners. The event, which showcases the innovative and imaginative pieces from emerging artists, has been the talk of the town as visitors flock to witness the next generation of creative brilliance. This year, it featured two exceptional WAES learners who captured the spotlight with their remarkable artwork.
The artwork was curated by Charlie Levine Independent Curator and Artistic Director at the Institute of Curiosity and Curating.
Meet the Artists
Irina Chizhik an ambitious learner pursuing a Level 3 Diploma in Creative Practice Design at WAES, is capturing hearts with her animated short film . Her work explores themes of subconscious emotions of stress.
Alicia Whitfield a talented Level 2 Diploma in Creative Media and Technology, is wowing spectators with her digital illustrations. Alicia's work blends contemporary technology with traditional art, blurring the boundaries between the digital and physical worlds.
