Tender Opens for Community Learning Fund 2025-26

Westminster Adult Education (WAES), as a part of the council, is key to delivering a fairer Westminster. WAES is dedicated to increasing the skills and lives of groups of residents in the most deprived wards of Westminster and surrounding boroughs.

Every year, WAES supports projects through its Community Learning Fund. Organisations who receive funding can offer residents their ‘first step’ into learning, and opportunities to access further learning and career opportunities. Through these close partnerships, we aim to offer a more accessible curriculum that will improve adult skills, civic engagement and community cohesion, increase residents’ confidence and wellbeing, and help them to take advantage of the cultural capital on their doorstep.
