Current Traineeships Offered:

Bookkeeping Traineeship

This AAT qualification is from the leading internationally recognised professional body for accountancy. It is ideal for those wishing to develop their own professional skills in accountancy, or those wishing to manage their own business accounts. By completing this qualification you will develop an understanding of the benefits and risks of using accounting software. You will learn how to set up accounts and how to record bank and cash transactions using accounting software. You will also develop the skills needed to produce a range of reports to meet business needs.

The training offered will include:

  • Level 1 Bookkeeping
  • Level 1 or Level 2 Write to Communicate
  • Level 1 or Level 2 Making Calculation
  • 70 + hours work experience

Graphic Design Traineeship

This traineeship has been designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary to progress to further study and training in a range of art and design subjects, including fine art, photography, graphic design, fashion, textiles, product design and others. The qualification has been designed for those who have an interest in art and design or a related subject, who wish to explore and extend this interest via a full-time, immersive learning experience. You may already have identified a specific career in the creative industries that you wish to progress to (e.g. fashion designer, graphic designer, product designer, architect), using this qualification as a starting point.

The content of the qualification was developed with representatives from universities, further education colleges, sixth form colleges and employers to ensure that it provides students with the skills, knowledge and understanding.

The training offered will include:

  • Level 2 Award in Creative Industries (UAL)
  • Level 1 or Level 2 Write to Communicate
  • Level 1 or Level 2 Making Calculation
  • 70 + hours work experience

Business Administration

These qualifications are intended to provide you with a broad introduction to the business and administration sector, equipping you with underpinning knowledge and skills specific to the sector alongside a range of transferable employability skills. They are designed to support progression to further learning and ultimately to work in business and administration or other related sectors.

The training offered will include:

  • Level 1 Award in Skills for Business Administration
  • Level 1 or Level 2 Write to Communicate
  • Level 1 or Level 2 Making Calculation
  • 70 + hours work experience

Customer Care Traineeship

This qualification will provide you with the underpinning knowledge required by employers to work in a range of different environments in a customer service role. You will develop essential knowledge of how to carry out customer service related tasks such as how to manage information and support events. Once you have completed the qualification you will be able to apply your knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.

The training offered will include:

  • Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service
  • Level 1 or Level 2 Write to Communicate
  • Level 1 or Level 2 Making Calculation
  • 70 + hours work experience
