WAES works in partnership with Westminster employers and businesses in London and nationally to offer high-quality training to everyone.
Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES) is one of Westminster’s leading training providers. We work with a range of stakeholders to develop relevant and affordable high quality training programmes to meet the needs of businesses.
If your business needs more than an off-the-shelf solution, WAES can develop a bespoke training programme to meet your requirements, taking into account business operations, working hours and other factors that make your business unique.
How we work with you
Initially, WAES will carry out a Training Needs Analysis to determine your specific training needs. Once a tailored training plan is agreed and started, WAES will offer continued support in partnership with your business every step of the way.
If you have specific recruitment needs, we can also develop a Sector Based Work Academy Programme with you, please get in touch to discuss further.
