Employability Programmes

If you have vacancies to fill and would like to recruit from a pool of people who are job ready, then please contact us to discuss setting up a Sector Based Work Academy Programme. 

A Sector Based Work Academy Programme is a minimum of 1 week in duration, where we deliver a qualification that meets your minimum requirements. In addition to this, we support learners to prepare them for interview, this covers interview preparation and techniques.  

As the employer, we ask that you attend the course for an hour during the first few days to give an overview of the organisation, positions available, salary and benefits. 

Learners who successfully complete the course will be interviewed by you after the course has ended.
