How to Apply or Enrol Online

Beginning your study at WAES is easy. Please do try to apply online but if you are unable to do so for any reason, you can visit one of our WAES centres, where our team will be able to assist you in-person.

Step 1:

Choose a course.

Take a look through our course offering and read about the course. You can view all the course details, including dates and times, here.

Step 2:

On the course page, select which date and time suits you and click ‘apply’ or ‘enrol’. You will then be taken to our online application system.

Please note: Short Courses

Many WAES short courses do not have entry requirements and can be booked online using this same process.

Step 3:

On the online application system, you will need to create a registration by clicking on ‘Create an Account’. The system will then take you through a series of steps so that you can complete your application and book an Interview.

If you are a new learner at WAES, you will need to provide your ID and the certificates of your highest level qualifications. For a qualification course, where applicable, you will also have to provide proof of benefits or proof of low income, dated within the last 3 months.

You can also access the application system/enrolment portal by clicking on and logging in. There is a facility to search for the course you would like to enrol on and you can start an application or come back to an application you have already started by logging in to the portal.

Please see the admissions policy below.
