Alex Kim has worked in commercial real estate for over 17 years, most recently at The Crown Estate. He recently launched a development business which operates in UK and European markets with a focus in operational real estate. During his tenure at The Crown Estate, he worked exclusively within Westminster and sat on the St James’s Neighbourhood Forum for a period.
Alex strongly believes that young adults develop a sense of self and can discover their place in society through employment. Ensuring this opportunity is as widely accessible as possible is his motivation for joining the board of governors.
His real estate career brings a range of commercial skills that he can share with WAES including property and construction knowledge, facilities, legal, marketing and stakeholder management. At WAES he hopes to leverage his professional network to enhance the Service’s relationships with local employers and stakeholders to the benefit of our learners and faculty.
