Kealeboga is currently studying AAT at WAES. She serves as a Learner Governor, bringing a strong background in community development and learner representation. With experience in supporting community initiatives, she has worked extensively on projects that empower women to save and manage money effectively, helping them to build financial resilience and improve their quality of life.
This work has developed Kealeboga’s skills in leadership, communication, problem solving, and advocacy, which are central to the role of Learner Governor. By drawing on these strengths, she is committed to ensuring that learners’ perspectives are duly represented within the college.
As a member of the governing body, Kealeboga contributes to representing the learner voice in governance discussions, supporting policies and initiatives that enhance the learner experience, and promoting inclusivity, fairness, and opportunities for all learners to succeed.
