What is the course about?
Great communication begins with deep understanding and ends with lasting connection. While hearing happens automatically, active listening is an intentional skill that builds trust, sharper questioning, and meaningful rapport. Paired with the craft of storytelling, this practical course shows you how to draw upon personal experience to shape compelling, relatable narratives that capture attention, build empathy, and inspire conversation in everyday life and the workplace.
