We at WAES were delighted to host a special private viewing for friends and family of our Level 3 Art learners’ interim exhibition at the West End Arts Library on 18 March.
The exhibition, which opened on 13 March and runs until 27 March, features a vibrant selection of pieces chosen by the learners themselves. Predominantly 2D works, including drawings and paintings, are on display, alongside small 3D pieces such as clay and papier-mâché. Each artwork is accompanied by an artist’s statement, offering insight into the creative process and ideas behind the work.
While the theme is incidental, the exhibition encourages reflection and conversation, inviting visitors to engage with the unique perspectives and talents of our students.
“A beautiful collection of art, some are fixed in their interpretation but others are open to be interpreted in a number of ways” – Exhibition Visitor
Everyone is welcome to experience this inspiring showcase before it closes on 27 March.
