The annual WAES Community Partner Forum took place on Tuesday 4 March at our Lisson Grove Centre.
The event brought together Westminster community partners to reflect on their shared achievements and celebrate the positive impact of their work within the community. Community partners were also updated on the latest inclusive training opportunities and resources available to support their organisations and the people they work with.
The day began with a warm welcome from Sabirah Ali, Head of Community and Cultural Learning, followed by a presentation from Alison Muggridge, Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Quality. Attendees were then introduced to a range of interactive games and activities. Our Community Learning Managers, Harriet Amos and Jassey Parmar, were also in attendance.
Afternoon tea was prepared by our talented Inclusive Pathways learners, who shared what they most enjoyed about creating the food. The delicious spread was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.
To further strengthen connections, the forum included a collaborative reflection activity that encouraged open dialogue and the sharing of ideas. The networking afternoon tea also provided valuable opportunities for meaningful conversations and engagement.
We extend our sincere thanks to all our Community Partners for their continued support, dedication, and collaboration.
