“I decided to come to the UK to work mainly. Before I started at WAES, I was working in the hospitality industry as an assistant area manager for a coffee shop. However, I wanted to be in a more professional setting where the experience is more serious, so I joined WAES.

When I started at WAES, I was struggling to have a formal conversation over the phone but now, I’m more confident when it comes to answering the phone in a professional manner that’s why working as an apprentice for WAES is a great opportunity as it’s helped me improve my English and skills in the workplace.
