Tube Strike Impacts September 2025

A Tube strike is planned from Sunday 7 September to Thursday 11 September, with expected continued impacts on Friday 12 September.

With more severe impacts than predicted on Monday 8 September, we have taken the difficult decision to delay the start of all remaining courses in the week commencing 8 September by one week, to the week commencing 15 September. The only exceptions are courses starting on Saturday 13 September at Lisson Grove, which will go ahead as planned because no residual transport issues are expected by then, but please check your route before travelling as usual.

We also have updated opening times for the week:

• Amberley Road centre: Closed from 5pm on Monday 8 September until 9am on Monday 15 September.
• Lisson Grove centre: Open 9am-5pm from Monday 8 September to Saturday 13 September (normal evening hours suspended).
• Pimlico centre: Open 9am-5pm from Monday 8 September to Friday 12 September (normal evening hours suspended).

Our nurseries at Lisson Grove and Pimlico will remain open as above.

If you have not yet enrolled on a course, enrolment activities will continue as planned from Monday 8 September, but please note that our ESOL courses are now full for the term so we are closed to new applications for these courses.
